It Occurs To Me That I am America

 It Occurs To Me That I am America, Edited by Jonathan Santlofer is an anthology of stories and art work published in 2018.

In the Introduction by Viet Thanh Nguyen, he writes: 

“It is hardly surprising that the population of much of the literary world is terrified by Mr. Trump’s vision of good versus evil, us against them.” <2016>

Horrifying that they put The Felon Dump back in the White House. The stories in the book brought back the horror from his first campaign and term in office. Then Jan 6th; then 4 more years of his lies, leading people to hate.  I wonder if these authors will write Part II of It Occurs To Me That I am America. 

Bankruptcy

That is duh comment. Does he know how many bankruptcies The Felon in the Oval Office filed? That he even managed to bankrupt a Casino? Yet, Musk and millions trusted #45 more than the candidate with the Economics Degree?

#45 increased the debt by $7.8 trillion dollars. Maybe Musk needs to have a talk with the Liar in Chief?

And why is the government paying Musk for serving in an illegal department?

Education

President Jimmy Carter (RIP) admin started the Department of Education. Project 2025 aims to get rid of the Department. They want to let states make their own Public Education rules. So, that Oklahoma and Louisiana can turn public schools into Christian schools? 

What a mess that could become. The Dept. of Ed. was to ensure no child would be left behind. Rules such as having wheelchair ramps, and special Ed classes would be thrown out. Among other unifying principles. Giving states the right to deny liberty to females has lead to deaths of pregnant women and their fetus' along with the mother. 

I wonder why so many people I know who were educated via Public Schools want to see an end to Federal Dept. of Ed? Or were they unaware?

Since I could not find the quote, I fixed spelling errors, which may have been his. I left "Cliphate." Not sure what he meant by that word.

Space Force

 Did we really need a Space Force? Even tho' the Felon-elect was not sworn in yet, he is creating a new department headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, Department of Government Efficiency. My  understanding is that Congress needs to approve new Departments; yet much press about "DOGE." They could start by disbanding Dump's Space Force.
