Thomas Webster

            Thomas "Webster then aggressively shoved the metal gate into the officer’s body. He raised the flagpole and forcefully swung it toward the officer. The officer managed to wrest the flagpole away. Webster, however, then broke through the metal barricade, tackled the officer to the ground, and tried to remove his helmet and gas mask, choking him. During this attack, the officer struggled to breathe. While Webster had the officer restrained on the ground and unable to breathe, others in the mob began kicking the officer. The officer sustained several injuries as a result of Webster’s attack."

Webster came prepared wearing a bulletproof vest. Why would he do that for a "guided tour?"

Officer Christopher Owens

 “My physical scars, bruises and wounds have healed, but my mental trauma haunts me to this day,” Metropolitan Police Officer Christopher Owens told the court ahead of the sentencing of several Oath Keepers leaders who were convicted of seditious conspiracy and other charges.

I imagine the same is true for Officer Daniel Hodges.

Alan William Byerly

 Alan William Byerly attacked both guards and Associated Press reporter on J6. 

Jason Ferris: “I bet your family is proud of you, f—–g f—-t ass,” Farris allegedly said, invoking an anti-gay slur. “You ain’t s—. Ain’t none of you s—."

He used to hands to shove a guard from behind, knocking him to the ground. Thus causing the mob to gain control of the bike rack barrier officers were using to block the rioters.

 

Vincent J. Gillespie used guards own shields to ram the officers, grabbing, pulling one officer towards mob, so that guard was beaten with crutch. (see previous post about peaceful sightseeing tourists) He screamed "traitor" and "treason" at guards. (For what, doing trying to do their job to protect the building and Congress people?)

Jack Wade Whitton

 Jack Wade Whitton is another peaceful J6 tourist.

Rioters knocked an officer to the ground, as Whitton was climbing over a railing; he began beating another officer with a crutch, kicking the officer on the ground. He grabbed the standing  officer by his baton, his helmet and neck of his tactical vest, dragging him down the steps in  prone position where other rioters attacked the officer with batons, and flagpoles. 

Whitton continued to archway, assaulting officer who told him to stop. Instead he backed up, ran at them kicking, attacking with shield, yelling "you are going to die tonight." 

I guess he was just impatient to get his guided tour? 

Albuquerque Cosper Head

 Albuquerque Cosper Head ~ what a name ~ was given one of the longest sentences for J6 riot, that McCarthy, Carlson and his viewers overlook.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson reportedly said: The dark shadow of tyranny unfortunately has not gone away. There are people who are still disseminating the lie that the election was stolen. They’re doing it today. And the people who are stoking that anger for their own selfish purposes, they need to think about the havoc they’ve wreaked, the lives they’ve ruined.”  

"I've got one," head yelled as he grabbed Metropolitan Police Department Officer Michael Fanone by the neck, dragging him into the crowd. The mob beat and shocked him at base of skull with a stun gun, causing Fanone to pass out. "Kill him with his own gun," the sightseers yelled.

The attack caused Fannone to have a heart attack, and traumatic brain injury, ending his career. 

Kyle Young shouted "Kill him," "Get his gun," (recorded on unconscious officers' body cam. Thomas Sibick stole officer's badge and radio. Daniel “D.J.” Rodriguez, was charged with using stun gun on the officer.

A family affair

Family that riots together stays together? 

Linwood Robinson II and his father, Linwood Robinson Sr. pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of “parading, picketing or demonstrating in a Capitol building.”

Benjamin Robinson, 29, and his sister-in-law Brittany Robinson, 30, also pleaded guilty of same charge. A juvenile was not charged due to his age. Where was Mom?

They were among the people trying to break down door, while Ashli was climbing through broken window. What happened to charge of "obstructing an official proceeding?"

The building was closed to public that day; their intent was to "stop the steal," ie: stop certification of election. For that, 6 months possible jail sentence? The father should have also been charged with "corruption of a minor,"bringing underage child along with him on J6th. If the guard had not shot Ashli, the mob may have succeeded gaining access to restricted area, hellbent on their hunt for Nancy and Mike. 

Trump promises "death and destruction." This family will likely strike again, given the chance. People have gotten longer sentences for smoking pot or having a few joints in their vehicle. Attempt to stop the election is treason, and everyone of them should be charged as traitors. Not given slap on hand hand punishments.

When Ashli was shot, Benjamin grabbed his rather and the family fled. They did not directly leave the building. Maybe they were in the crowd of sightseers? Carlson would never show video of this family with the mob trying to break down the door to restricted area. Oh, no, must fool gullible mawas once again. Trump still a clear and present danger to the United States of America. Sad his fans are loyal, including the ones in Congress.

Caught up in the maelstrom

 Geoffrey Sills. 31, of Mechanicsville, Virginia did not go to D. C. wearing gas mask, and  goggles, intending to be violent. He was dressed for protection from terrorists. Oh, my, if a foreign government flew planes into D.C. buildings, the mask and goggles would offer little or no protection.

When he threw pole-like objects at guards, stole one of their batons assaulting at least two guards, it was simply because he got caught up in the maelstrom. 

Well, gee whiz, if a bunch of mawas were jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge at trump's instruction, would he have done so, also? I thought these mawas were all for law and order, obeying officers of the law, Blue Lives Matter & personal responsibility. 

I used to loathe my mother asking me "if your friends jumped off the Brooklyn Bridge..." ~ I was complaining about having to do dishes or not being allowed to carry baby bro' yet friend was; likewise younger cousin. Older, my friends offered me cigarettes. I turned them down. 

I was horrified when my older brother followed the crowd walking over a downed wire fence to get closer to stage to see Dylan perform. I stayed behind, keeping an eye on him, as he was the driver. Caught up in the maelstrom, my arse.

Mitchell Todd Gardner ~ chemical spray

*Mitchell Todd Gardner II, 34, of Seffner, Florida plead guilty to civil disorder, obstruction of an official proceeding, and assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers with a dangerous weapon. He used a pepper spray canister to shatter a window after others did not do so when he told them to break it.

He handed someone a weapon that looked to be a desk or chair leg. He encouraged others to "Pull the cops out," "drag them out." 

Peaceful sightseer, eh?

Aiden Bilyard of Cary was 18 when he sprayed chemical agents at police and broke out a window in the Capitol, attorney said he did not bring weapons, so where did he get chemical spray? 

Fort Bragg soldier James Mault (30), re-enlisted in Army after being fired from his job, due to his part in J6 riot. He is full of remorse, should have known better, than to pepper spray a guard. He said he wore tactical gear to prepare for counter-protestors. Okay, that shows he did not just go to D.C. to listen to a rally; he planned to actively protest, even prior to DJT telling him to march peacefully to Capitol and then FIGHT like HELL. 

On Jan. 5, 2021, Cody Mault sent text message to Mattice suggesting they bring batons, pepper spray, helmets, eye protection and “asskicking boots. Cody Mault (29) was among those who ripped bike rack barrier from guards, forcing their way into the building. He pepper sprayed guards directly in their faces. 

*A Tampa Bay Times article about Gardner shows an image with photo circled labeled as him spraying officers. But the circled guy is not Gradner; he is standing above the guy doing the spraying.

Larry Brock ~ Air Force

 Larry Brock, retired Air Force, was given two years jail time for storming the Capitol Building on J6.

Sightseers often wear tactical vests and helmets for tours, eh? Reported he wrote:

“When we get to the bottom of this conspiracy we need to execute the traitors that are trying to steal the election, and that includes the leaders of the media and social media aiding and abetting the coup plotters," Brock wrote in a Nov. 9. 2020, post on Facebook.

On Dec. 24th he wrote on Facebook "plan of action if Congress fails to act” One of the “main tasks” “seize all Democratic politicians and Biden key staff and select Republicans.”

"Begin interrogations using measures we used on al-Qaida to gain evidence on the coup. "

Do not know why Blogger suddenly adds a space, and can not figure out how to fix it sigh. AARGH. 

Joshua Dooline, Micheal ~ guilty

 Joshua Doolin, 25, of Polk City, and Michael Perkins, 39, of Plant City, Florida, found guilty. Both stole police shields and Perkins assaulted guard with a "deadly weapon." WFTV article by Sarah Wilson did not specify what the weapon was.

I wonder how Carlson and his fans rationalize violence against guards to enter closed building was needed for "sightseers," or "peaceful tourists." 

They were doing what trump told them to do ~ FIGHTING LIKE HELL to stop certifying the election he lost. How slow-witted, or unintelligent or hateful do people have to be to go along with the Carlson, GOP narrative. If trump lovers were actually patriots they would condemn him, Carlson, Hawley, McCarthy, most GOP Congress people, not support them. Sad. 

 

Princeton boy

 Princeton boy, Larry Gibberson, opposed the University's decision to remove a portrait of Woodrow Wilson. It is reported that he said: “If our University can be intimidated by the transient impulses of the mob mentality to disregard their own esteemed standards, what guarantee is there that the University will stand firm against those who would seek to undermine the Nation, or indeed, Humanity itself?”

So then he goes along with mob mentality to disregard our Constitutional standards, and common decency, by attacking guards on J6, in attempt to undermine the country.

My father used to say: Do as I say, not as I do.

Larry Fife Giberson ~ heave ho

 Larry Fife Giberson was part of the heave-ho crowd pushing guards in the tunnel. He waved other rioters to join them, in second round of pushing the guards; he tried to lead a chant, "Drag them out" but the crowd did not join him. 

21 year old New Jersey resident attending Princeton College. Peeps always repeat "he loves the poorly educated." I do not know if 21 is his age now was in 2021. Need good grades to be admitted into Princeton. One would think he was too smart to fall for trump fantasies. He could be racist, but I do not understand how any intelligent person could thinks skin color makes them superior to others. 

We are all the same inside. College student should know that. Yet, Michelle Obama felt some discrimination when she attended Princeton. 

Tristan Chandler Stevens ~ heave-ho

 Tristan Chandler Stevens, 27, from Pensacola, Florida was sentenced to 5 years in jail for his actions on J6. I wish I could share the images of this peaceful, sightseer.  

He is one leading guys trying to overpower guards in Lower West Terrace Tunnel entrance. Their assault lasted for 90 minutes. Stevens took charge, co-ordinating the rioters, to count 1-2-3 heave ho. He took a guard's shield to use for more pushing leverage.

Capitol Police Sgt Aquilino Gonell, testified: 
 "...the mob yelling, screaming, chanting, the fire alarm going off, the sprinklers going off, the pepper spray, the bear spray, the WD-40 spray, the firecrackers being thrown at us, the weapons that they used, flagpoles, the heave-ho push movement, back and forth,” 

He was unable to defend himself being pinned by Steven's stolen shield. 

Did Carlson's video show the guards leading the sightseers to the tunnel, and leave off the violence that followed? I thought not.

Cale Douglas Clayton ~ Peaceful? Not.

 As reported by Judy L. Thomas of The Kansas City Star, Cale Douglas Clayton, 42,  of Drexel Missouri pleaded guilty to two felony counts due to:

"assaulting, resisting or impeding officers; civil disorder; theft of government property; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds; and an act of physical violence within the Capitol grounds or buildings."

Things he shouted at guards:

 “We are going to win. You don’t have enough for all of us. You might hit me once or twice. You might spray me with pepper spray. I don’t give a f---. There ain’t enough for millions of people here and you know it.”

“You guys realize your President told us to be here. Your President! Hey, how does that make you feel? You’re defying your own f------ country!...Are you a Patriot? Or are you a f------ yes man?” And “think about it. (Inaudible) the revolution. You ain’t gonna stop it. It’s already happening…You guys are just gonna be a little speed bump along the way.”

He picked up a police baton from the floor, took a police shield, when officer tried to take the baton, he grabbed officer's face mask pushing him backwards. Yet, he claims he was just trying to return baton to guard. 

Just another peaceful sightseers on J6, eh. Does not matter how many of them cite djt, he is still allowed to run for president again. Shameful.

Christopher Maurer ~ attacked guards

 Christopher Maurer, 45 "abandoned his rental home" in Biddeford and appeared to be living out of his vehicle. He was arrested two years after participating in J6 riot. 

It is reported he said  "it never happened, " but did not enter a plea. He is charged with grabbing an officer's shield when in tunnel of Capitol building. He left, returned 90 minutes late, cussing at guards, using obscene hand gestures, grabbed a metal pole and thrust it at guards. 

Just another one of those peaceful, unarmed, tourists that djt loves and thinks are special. Blue lives did not matter to trump's army on J6. 

Olivia Pollock, Joseph Hutchinson,

 Olivia Pollock and Joseph Hutchinson, Jonathan Pollock are missing. Olivia and Joseph accused of striking Capitol Guards, tampered and removed ankle monitors before running. Olivia and brother, Jonathan, like using flag poles to assault guards. 

Jonathan helped Hutchinson use a fence to move guards back, to allow unobstructed access to officers, from others of the mob. Olivia, age 32, looks like an attractive young woman. Likes to throw punches at guards, and other violent acts.

Reading comments on the article, there are less hateful mawas than usual. "Barbara" comments several times about the "murder of unarmed woman." When an unarmed black person is killed by cops, they say: "should have obeyed orders." As if Tamir Rice could obey order within 3 seconds. Or John Crawford III had time to process that the men, suddenly appearing at Walmart aisle, shouting at him, were cops telling him "to drop the weapon." 

Our brains do not respond that fast ~ imagine if you are shopping and suddenly men are yelling at you to drop a weapon you do not have. 3 seconds later, bam you are dead.

But poor Ashli who did not back out of window she was climbing through when officer tells her to halt. How would "Barbara" and Ashli's other champions, think the guard would know she was unarmed? That megaphone, could be used as a weapon.The mob pushing on door trying to gain entry into the restricted area of Congress? Guard did his job ~ protecting Congress people and the building. 

She was there to storm the building to stop Congress from counting electoral college votes. A traitor to her military oath to defend; instead she attacks. 

Other comments ~ typical ~ Democrats lie, slurs against liberals and media, false information. I wonder who these people are? Teens? Old white men and women? Somewhere in between? Uneducated? Gullible? Simply haters? Anti-American, pro-corrupt, trump? Sad.

Father and son Johnson rioters

 Capitol rioter Daryl  Johnson and his son, Daniel of Austin, Minnesota, were charged with entering the Capitol through a shattered window and at one point allowing more rioters to enter by rushing a group of police officers who were trying to hold a door to the building shut. 

Prior blog post showed Daryl Johnson being arrested again. Great role model. 

Patrick Edward McCaughey III ~ Daniel Hodges

 Patrick Edward McCaughey III held a shield pinning Officer Daniel Hodge in between steel doors. I do not see that I posted about him previously. I have a note saying that he holds dual citizenship with U.S. and Germany. Deport him, I say. 

26-year-old Tristan Chandler Stevens of Pensacola, Florida was convicted of 9 offenses, and 63-year-old David Mehaffie of Kettering, Ohio, was convicted of 4 offences relating to J6.

“Mehaffie hung from an archway and shouted direction from above, and McCaughey and Stevens were key players in the melee below,” federal prosecutors said. The three encouraging those reluctant to enter the building to do so. 

The Trump appointed judge acquitted them of obstruction charges, although they most definitely obstructed Congress when they violently entered the building, attacking guards ~ inside and out.

 “Yeah. We stormed the Capitol today,” she wrote. “Teargassed, the whole, 9. Pushed our way into the Rotunda. Made it into the Senate even. The news is lying (even Fox) about the Historical Events we created today.”

“...underestimate the resolve of the Deep State. Biden may still yet be our President. If he is, our way of life as we know it is over. Our Republic would be over. Then it is our duty as Americans to fight, kill and die for our rights.”

On Jan. 6, Watkins penetrated the nation’s Capitol in a bulletproof vest, fatigues bearing Oath Keeper insignias, and goggles to protect her eyes from tear gas.

What about the rights of all those who voted for Biden or Green or Yellow/gold candidates?

These people sicken me. Our way of life would have been over if #45 and his army had succeeded on stopping the election on J6th. Our way of life is the same as it has ever been. Except perhaps for this snowless winter. Fear we will pay with a blizzard in April.
